Collective Arts’ Exhibition and Installations aim to enhance meaningful engagement through creative activity. While most projects involve between 30-40 participants, our large-scale projects combined the work of 2,000 participants with ages ranging from 9 months to 99 years.

1999 The Community Canvas
- A series of 6 giant canvases painted by local groups and organisations for World Mental Health Day. Exhibited at the Twickenham Civic Centre.
- Funded by the Health Education Authority.
1999 The Arts Exploration Program
- A large-scale, participatory youth mural project for the Young Woman’s Funky Fest, London.
- Funded by the LBRuT Education Department.
2000 The Community Portrait
- A large-scale installation for the millennium involving the artwork of 2000 participants. Exhibited at Orleans House Gallery, the Landmark Arts Centre and the Museum of London where it is currently archived.
- Funded by Awards for All, LBRuT, Hampton Fuel Allotment Charity and Richmond Parish Lands Charity.
2001 Object Relations
- An experimental photography installation exploring the invisible threads that connect a community by following the trails of 10 Polaroid cameras as they passed from person to person. Exhibited at Orleans House Gallery.
- Funded by Awards for All, LBRuT, Hampton Fuel Allotment Charity and Richmond Parish Lands Charity.
2003 The Pattern Blitz
- A large-scale installation exploring the evolution of pattern work from ages 4 -7. Exhibited for LBRuT’s ArtHouse at Stanley Infant School.
2006 The External World and Me
- A large-scale installation exploring the ideas and influences impacting 90 year-5 students.
- Funded by Hampton Fuel Allotment Charity. Exhibited at LBRuT’s ArtHouse.
2007 The Peacock’s Tale
- An installation exploring colour and 3D forms with year 1 students. Exhibited at LBRuT’s ArtHouse.
2008 From the Eyes of a Cloud
- An installation work by 4 and 5-year-olds capturing their thoughts on ‘what you can see from the sky’. Exhibited at LBRuT’s ArtHouse.
2009 What Makes me Happy
- A collaborative installation exploring mental well-being and the concept of happiness. Exhibited as part of Art & Soul, Orleans House Gallery, Twickenham.
2010 Creating Time
- A collaborative installation created by families. Welcare, Twickenham.
2012 The Dream Catcher
- A collaborative installation Exhibited as part of Art Soul’s “Colour Burst”, Exhibition. Orleans House Gallery, Twickenham.
